• Encore 9282, Connection 1. Connect the power cord to AC outlet. 2. Connect the speaker wire to the speaker jack (25) located on the rear side of unit. 3. Press the power button(8) and the power LED indicator(14) will light up which means the power supply is normal. Now your system is ready to play the music. Listening to radio Manual tuning 1. Select the function selector(12) to “ Tuner “ position. 2. Select the desired band with radio band selector(13) (AM or FM or FM-Stereo). 3. Tune to the required station by turning the tuning knob(18). 4. Adjust volume up/down(7) to the desired volume level. FM & F

• z Play / pause mode 1. Press play/pause button(2) to start to play. The first track will be played and the playing track will show on the LCD display(15). 2. If play/pause button(2) was pressed during play mode, go to pause mode and the track number will be flashing. z Stop mode 1. If stop button(3) is pressed during play or pause mode, go to stop mode and the total number

• Encore 9282, Phono NOTE: - Remove the stylus (needle) protector. - Securing the tone arm to the arm rest there is a little clip. Be sure to raise the clip from the tone arm before playing. When not playing, snap the clip back over the tone arm to keep it secure. 1. Select the function selector(12) to “ Phono “ position. 2. Set the speed selector(22) to the proper position depending on the record to be played. 3. Place the record on the platter (turntable). Use the spindle adaptor(22) if necessary. 4. Lift the tone arm from the rest(23) and slowly move toward the record. The platter will start to rotate. 5. Place the tone arm at the desired position of the record. 6. Adjust
