• Blodgett accellis C70, ACCELLIS C70 4 --- 9 DOOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT Tools Required: D 12” long #2 Phillips screw driver D 3/8” hex driver D 3/8” socket with 1/4” ratchet wrench D Set of feeler gages DOOR REMOVAL 1. Remove the side and top panels, top and bottom plugs, control panel, and perimeter trim piece. 2. Remove the interlock actuator bracket (#3) andfront guideblockassembly(#9) fromboth sides of the oven. NO TE: The guide blo c k assembly may or may not cont ain guide bloc k suppo rt sh ims (#2 2) . • ACCELLIS C70 5 --- 1 CATALYTIC CONVERTER The catalytic converter is installed in the return air duct behind the heater assembly. The installation of the catalytic converter requires a catalytic con - verter inner frame to properly position it in the air path. The above parts may be ordered in kit form. • Blodgett accellis C70, CONVECTION CIRCUIT 5 --- 2 CONVECTION ELEMENT A ND THERMO COU P LES The convectionelement islocated inthe rear back on the left side of the oven. It is controlled by one ofthetwosolidstaterelays(K5),locatedin thetop, center ofthe controlcompartmentof the oven.The K5 relaycoiloperates on 24VDC which issupplied fromth e I/Ocontrolcircuitassembly. Thetempera- ture is referenced by two “K” type thermocouples. D The HX thermocouple is in the rear of the oven by the catalytic converter. D The CC thermocouple is located on the topleft side of the oven near the front by the door. To test the operation of the convection circuit, run theoveninth

At the first closing of the door verify that the brackets do not hit and bend on the trailing arm guides (#1 and #9). If actua - tor switch screws (#5) are installed on the actuator brackets, insure that the inter- lock switch levers (#7) do not bottom out on the switch body (#6). If they do, open the door and back the problem screw(s) out, again checking for interference with the guide as the door is closed. DOOR ADJUSTMENT 1. Adjust cam fo l lo wer assembly (#12) to tension the trailing arms (#2) to apply closi ng pressure: A.) Close the door. B.) Rotate the cam follower assembly
