Fill with the desired amount of fresh tap or filtered water. NOTE: Always fill the kettle between the minimum and the maximum marks on the water viewing window.   • Crux CRUX009, 11 Keep Warm Function The Digital Touch Kettle has a keep warm function, this will keep your water at the desired temperature for 30 minutes, you can at any point remove the kettle from the base pour water and return it to the base unit, at which point it will continue to keep the water at your desired temperature. The keep warm function will automatically switch off after approximately 30 minutes. 1.
