• 2 Thank you for purchasing the HD190I Holster style hair dryer. The HD190I is designed for hotels and similar light commercial applications. This hair dryer is not suitable for heavy usage applications such as public swimming baths and sports facilities. Please read and understand these instructions before commencing installation and leave them with the user when installation

Installation Wall mounting • The appliance must be fixed so that the hand-held part, when fully extended, is out of reach of a person taking a bath or shower. • Drill 3 holes as per the picture and using the fixings provided insert 2 wall plugs and 2 screws into holes A. • Remove the cover from the wall mounting plate by removing the 2 screws. • Hang the mounting plate on the 2 screws using the key hole slots on the mounting plate. • Secure the appliance by screwing the last screw in B. • Ensure the mounting plate cover is replaced and secure. 70mm 161mm A A B

• Hyco Holster Style HD190I, Electrical • Means for electrical disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules. • This unit is double insulated, the power cord should be connected following the coding below: Brown: L Blue: N 3. Operation This appliance has a switch to be pressed continuously during use and a three position switch for three different temperatures. On the mounting plate there is also a power on/off switch. To operate the hair dryer: • Ensure the power switch on the mounting plate base

• Hyco Holster Style HD190I, 5 4. Maintenance Before carrying out any cleaning of the product, ensure that the power switch on the mounting plate base is switched to the O position. Clean the exterior of the unit using a soft damp cloth.

• Hyco Holster Style HD190I, 6. Guarantee and service policy This product is guaranteed against faulty materials and manufacture for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Hyco will in its sole discretion replace, repair or refund any faulty unit. Incorrect installation and failure to follow correct operating instructions are excluded. Consequential costs such as labour charges or damage to surroundings are expressly excluded. 7
