• Avanti MO7200TW, 14 SETTING A COOKING PROGRAM A. One-stage Cooking 1. Use the number pads to set a cooking time. You can set a cooking time from one second to 59 minutes and 99 seconds. 2. Your unit automatically cooks at HI power, you can select a lower power setting by pressing the power button until you reach the desired power level. See the table below: 3.
