Avaya SupraElite, 21 20 TroubleshootingTroubleshooting Problem Solution Problem Solution I plugged everything in but the lights won’t come on. • Check that the AC charger jack is connected to the base unit. • Check that the AC charger is securely connected to a working wall outlet. • Check that the AC charger is the model supplied by Avaya.
