Turning the system on and choosing the CD player Press the CD key on the remote or the console. If the music system is already on, pressing one of these keys selects the CD player and the CD indicator lights. If a CD has been loaded, it begins to play. If no CD is loaded, the No Disc O indicator lights. Insert 3 AA or IEC-R6 1.5V batteries, or the equivalent, as shown. Match the + and - symbols on the batteries with the + and - markings inside the compartment. 3. If your remote's commands ever conflict with those of another nearby Lifestyle ®system, you can easily set a new house code for your system and its remote control(s) by following the procedures below. 1.
