Let the iPod/iPhone charge for a few minutes and then remove and re-dock the iPod/iPhone. “Failed to Sync” error appears on remote when manually syncing the remote. Press “iPod” on the iPhone or “Music” or “Video” on the iPod touch to activate “Accessory Connected” screen. Try removing and re-docking the iPod touch or iPhone. Insert 2 AAA batteries according to the polarity indicators inside the compartment. Replace and secure the BATTERY COMPARTMENT cover.
