(“DEI ® ”) promises to the original purchaser to repair or replace with a comparable reconditioned model any DEI ® unit (hereafter the “unit”), which proves to be defective in workmanship or material under reasonable use during the first year, excluding accessories, following the date of purchase of the unit provided the following conditions are met: the unit was professionally installed and serviced by a professional installer; the unit will be professionally reinstalled in the vehicle in which it was originally inst

Terms and Conditions You should carefully review the following terms and conditions ("Contract") before activating the Valet ® Car★Com ™ services described in this guide. The National Dispatch Center, Inc. ("NDC") is only willing to provide Valet ® Car★Com ™ services to you upon these terms and conditions. Activation of Valet ® Car★Com ™ services will signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1. NDC agrees to sell to you and you agree to buy from NDC the Valet ® Car★Com ™ services described in this Valet ® Car★Com ™ owner’s

This Contract shall automatically be renewed for successive one-year periods unless you notify NDC in writing of your desire not to renew, or NDC notifies you in writing of its desire not to renew. Such notice must be given at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of any term, extension or renewal term. 4. Inquiries regarding Services, such as billing questions or cov- erage regions, should be directed to NDC's Customer Service Department at (858) 505-4333 between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday. 8. To avoid unanticipated charges to your account by unauthorized users, safeguard your security code. Unanticipated charges will not be canceled due to loss of security of your security code. 11. Security codes, paging numbers, capcodes, telephone num- bers and any other numbers shall be assigned by NDC and you shall not acquire any proprietary interest in any specific num- ber assigned. NDC cannot guaranty the assignment or contin- uance of any particular number, prefix or exch

The sole liability of NDC and any supplier of services to NDC to you for interruptions in Services furnished by NDC or by any supplier of services to NDC will be a prorata adjustment of the fixed annual charges billed by NDC for the period of the inter- ruption. Adjustments will only be made for interruptions last- ing longer than 24 hours. In no case shall a credit exceed the fixed annual charge. A credit allowance will not be given for interruptions caused by the

Command Disarms the DEI security system and unlocks the vehicle doors (if this option is installed on your security system). Command Initiates Panic Mode. Panic Mode triggers a full alarm response, which causes the parking lights to flash and the siren to sound for 30 seconds. Command Activates the Vehicle Recovery System (VRS), which can be used to protect against carjacking. The VRS feature activates the starter kill, so that the vehicle cannot be started.
