With a general computer that meets the condition, the serial transfer rate set at the factory (9600 bps) is good for use. In case the rate is changed, the transfer rate between the host computer can be changed by this switch. The switch also sets a self diagnostic function, which is equipped in the S5U1C63000H2, working or not working at the power on.
