This test destroys all data on the diskette. Drive Speed Test This test verifies how fast the floppy drive rotates a diskette. Your internal, 1.44MB, 3 ‘/ z-inch diskette drive should rotate the diskette at 300 rpm, allowing a tolerance of one percent.
