If you need to retain the document(s) even if the communication failed, change the setting of Fax Parameter No. 031 (INC. FILE SAVE) to Valid in advance. These keys are useful if you frequently need to send or poll the same group of stations. You can use these keys to store a One group key, a sequence of stations to be polled, a deferred transmission or polling sequence or an additional Phone Book Dialing station. When the stamp mark appears faded or hard to see, the stamp should be replaced or refill the ink. To remove the stamp (see Note 1) (see Note 2) 1 Open the ADF Input Tray. 2 Open the ADF Exit Cover. 3 (1) Remove by pulling the Stamp Assembly upward. (2) Remove the Stamp.
