Use Memory Transmission if: • You want to send the document(s) to multiple stations. • You have to retrieve the original immediately. • You want to take advantage of Multi-Tasking function. • You want to take advantage of Batch Transmission. Use Direct Transmission if: • The memory is full. • You want to send the document(s) immediately. If you need to retain the document(s) even if the communication failed, change the setting of Fax Parameter No. 031 (INC. FILE SAVE) to Valid in advance.
