The minimum weight for Auto Weight Defrost is 0.1 lb. The maximum weight is 4.0 lbs. The Defrosting rate is 6 minutes, 30 seconds per pound of food to be defrosted. Follow these steps for easy defrosting. If additional defrosting is needed, repeat for a short time, or until defrosting is complete. See DEFROST CHART on page 19.
