Each time you change channels, the watched programme is stored in a new title into the time shiftbuffer. Once you have stored programmes into the timeshiftbuffer,youcanwatchitagainbyusing afreenavigationthroughthetimeshiftbar,by doing an Instant Replay or by accessing previous programmes.
