Rotisserie (80cm Oven Only) Cooking in your gas oven There are 5 shelf levels in your oven. Level 1 is the bottom and level 5 is the top. The oven will not light unless the oven door is fully open. To turn on the gas oven, open the oven door and turn the thermostat knob (B) anti-clockwise to 250oC and hold in for approximately 15 seconds.
