• E-Bench KH 224, Pocket Radio KH 224 Intended Use The appliance is intended for the reception of FM/AM radio transmissions. It is not intended for commercial uses. Avoid damage to the device! • Do not take the appliance into operation, if it is damaged. • Should the radio be dropped, first have it checked over by a specialist before you take it into use again. • Ensure that fluids do not enter into the appliance. In case of emergency, remove the batteries immediately. • Do not use the device in wet areas (e.g. Bath- room) or areas with a lot of dust accumulation. • Do not remove the cover, under any circumstances. For the reception of AM transmissions, there is an inbuilt reception antenna. When receiving, turn the appliance as a whole unit until you receive the best reception. 3. Switch the radio on with the ON/OFF switch . The ON/OFF display  colours itself green. The volume level can be adjusted by turning the ON/OFF switch . 4.
