You must create a DDNS account, and enter your DDNS settings into the system before you can remotely view your system. For details on creating a DDNS account, see “Remote Connectivity” on page 53.   • Lorex LH114 Series, 11 Connecting Cameras Connecting BNC Cameras To install BNC cameras to your system: 1 Co nnect the male power connector on the BNC extension cable to the female power connector on the camera. • Connect the BNC connector to the camera. 2 Co nnect the female power connector on the BNC extension cable to the power adapter. • Connect the BNC connector to the BNC port on the system. 3 Plug the power adapter to a power outlet. Connecting and Removing BNC cables BNC (Bayonet Nut Connector) is a special connector that locks on to the system port, and cannot be accidently removed. To configure motion settings: 1 Cl ick Remote Setting>Device>Motion. 2 Co nfigure the following: • Channel: Sel ect the channel you wish to configure motion detection. • Motion Detect: Select Enable or Disable. • Sensitivity: Select the desired sensitivity. The greater the number, the greater the motion detection sensitivity. • Click the Copy Settings To button to copy the setting to multiple channels. 3 Cl ick the Area button. A motion window grid appears.
