Connect the DV output jack of your camcorder to the DV input jack on the front of your HDD & DVD Recorder using a DV cable. Press the HDD or DVD button. If you select DVD, press the OPEN/CLOSE button and place a recordable disc on the disc tray. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to close the disc tray. Make sure to press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open or close the disc tray. Do not push the disc tray while it is being opened or closed, as this may cause a product malfunction. Do not place foreign materials on or in the disc tray. Some functions may perform di erently or be disabled depending on the disc type. If this occurs, refer to the instructions written on the disc case. Be especially careful that children’s  ngers are not caught between the disc tray and the tray chassis when it closes.
