It can be used in place of the smartphone Apps. Only either the iBabyGuard™ Infant Snooze smartphone Apps or the Parent Unit can be used for communication with the Infant Snooze at any one time, but NOT both can be used simultaneously. SETTING UP THE INFANT SNOOZE WITH PARENT UNIT 2.1 Powering up the Parent Unit Insertion of battery to the Parent Unit Open the battery compartment by sliding the cover upwards as shown by the arrow label.
