F.A.Qs and Troubleshooting Guide 5.1 My scrolling text message does not appear on my screen If you have set up a playlist that includes a scrolling text message it should appear at the bottom of the screen as your media is playing, if it is not, you have not turned this function on. Restore To Factory Settings Highlight “Yes” and press “PLAY” to restore factory settings; this will restore all system settings back to default.
