Clarion VRX93SVD, Sirius operation Scan function There are two scan modes: a category scan mode and a preset scan mode. During scanning channels are displayed in ab- breviated form and the display mode cannot be switched. • Category scanning In a category scan, broadcast channels in the same category as the current channel are se- lected about every 10 seconds. 1. Touch the screen in the STANDARD screen. 2. Touch [SUB MODE] to open the SUB MODE screen. 3. Touch the [CATEGORY SCAN] key. Clarion VRX93SVD, Handling Discs Handling • New discs may have some roughness around the edges. If such discs are used, the player may not work or the sound may skip. Use a ball-point pen or the like to remove any rough- ness from the edge of the disc. Ball-point pen ~ & C·"" • Never stick labels on the surface of the disc or mark the surface with a pencil or pen. • Never playa disc with any cellophane tape or other glue on it or with peeling off marks. If you try to play such a disc, you may not be able to get it back out of the DVD player or it may damage the DVD player. • Do not use discs that have large scratches, are misshapen, cracked, etc.
Clarion VRX93SVD, DVD Video Player Operations Skipping a track (searching) 1. Press the [< .... ] or [.->] button during play- back. Tracks are skipped, as many as the times the button is pressed, and playback starts. • Press the [.->] button, and playback starts from the beginning of the next track. • Press the [< .... ] button, and playback starts from the beginning of the current track. When this button is pressed again within about 2 seconds, playback starts from the beginning of the previous track.
