• 4 Driver Installation This section provides information on how to install the CyberSerial PCI drivers. DOS 1. Boot up DOS and insert the driver CD. 2. Copy OXSER.EXE from the DOS folder to your C: drive. 3. At the C: prompt, type in OXSER io=3e8 and the serial ports will be set up as COM3. If your system already comes with 4 serial ports enabled, type in OXSER io=220 i
