When the channel indicator is On, a text box with ”MyM 1”, “MyM 2” and “MyM 3” will be shown in the upper right corner of the picture on the three output RF channels. a2b MyM-3T mictro master, 99 English 5.2 Input settings As the MyM-3T contains 2 separate tuners, start by selecting [Tuner 1] for chosing tuner frequency for programs at Ch1 and Ch2 RF output. Click on the [Tuner 2] banner to select tuner frequency for program at Ch 3 RF output. [Bandwidth] can be selected between 6, 7 or 8 MHz. Chose [Channel name] or write the center frequency of the wanted Mux and click on [Set]. NOTE! Don’t click on the [Set] if Channel name are used for choosing input frequency. 5 Menus and settings (continued)
a2b MyM-3T mictro master, 10 English 5.3 Output settings Modulation/ Band Start the output setup by selecting which band you want to use. You can select VHF-7, VHF-8 and UHF. VHF-7 and VHF-8 corresponds to 7 and 8 MHz bandwidth. After selection press [Set]. Frequency For each of the 3 possible output channels, set the desired output channel or frequency. Channel Indicator Name You can set the “Channel Indicator name” by your personal preference. The Channel Indicator will enable you to detect on a TV-screen which programs

English 6.1.6 National – Audio language This menu is used to set your preference for audio language, when a TV program is broadcast in more than one language. 6.1.7 National – Menu language This menu is used to set your preference for the language used in all menus in the MyM-3T.
a2b MyM-3T mictro master, 17 English 6 Menu settings with buttons cont. 6.1.5.1 Type Use this menu to choose between normal subtitling or special subtitling for the hearing impaired. This offers enlarged subtitles and colour coded text. Alternatively all the subtitling can be switched off. The MyM-3T is preset to “Normal”. 6.1.5.2 Language In this menu you select what language that should be used for subtitling. NOTE! There are more choices than you can see in the window. a2b MyM-3T mictro master, 13 5.6 System options Upload/Upgrade The Upgrade menu is used to be able to download software Upgrades or future software functionality. The procedure of downloading a new software looks as described below: 1.Download the appropriate file from our web page to your PC. 2.Browse for the file in the MyM-3T User Interface. 3.Press [Upload] 4.Wait 2 minutes. 5.Make a power reboot of the MyM- 3T 6.Finished The Upload menu shows current files downloaded into the units and can be useful when contacting A2B support. a2b MyM-3T mictro master, 14 IP settings This section shows current IP-address, Netmask and Gateway settings. Remember to change settings if the default IP-address is used by other devices in your network. In case you have forgotten your IP-address please consult the A2B support web site and download free of charge our tool “IP-supporter”. This tool finds all MyM-3T and their respective IP-addresses available in your network. Also remember to press [Apply settings] when ready. Reboot MyM-3T Pressing [Reboot unit] re-starts the MyM-3T.
a2b MyM-3T mictro master, 19 6 Menu settings with buttons cont. 6.2 Advanced settings In the advanced settings menu you will find settings for Aspect ratio, Output channels, Quality, Channel indicator, Output audio type, Loopthrough, CI1 and CI2. 6.2.1 Aspect ratio (Picture format) The picture format can be set to 4:3 or 16:9 (Widescreen). If the main TV is 4:3 choose 4:3 to watch 4:3 programs in full screen and widescreen programmes (16:9) in the letterbox format where the full width of the picture is shown and the top and bottom of the picture are black. Choose 16:9 if the main TV is widescreen to watch 16:9 programmes in full screen. 6.2.2 Output channels Use thi
a2b MyM-3T mictro master, 16 6.1.3 Channel search The first time the MyM-3T is installed you must do a channel search to tune in available digital channels. Before you start the search you must select the frequency raster that is used in your area. Connect the TV aerial before starting the channel search. To follow the channel search process tune a TV to channel S11 (231,25 MHz). During the channel search all the signals that come from the aerial are shown at the bottom of the screen by individual channels (frequencies) and signal strength. 6 Menu settings with buttons 6.1.4 National This menu is used to change the country settings. No controller software is needed. The MyM-3T has by default a static IP address for connecting your PC to the unit. The MyM-3T is delivered with the default IP address: 192.168.0.20.
