Hold side stoppers of ceiling cover with both hands and pull down. Then take off the Ceiling Cover out of the oven cavity 3. Wash this Ceiling Cover in soapy water or Food Sanitizer Solution. 4. Be sure to replace the Ceiling Cover before using the oven. Note Ceiling Cover must be placed securely when you use the oven.
