• DesignTech Smart Alarm 20620, Page 6 20620 Page 7 20620 How To Use The Scotch-Lock Connector The diagram below shows how to use the blue Scotch-Lock wire con- nectors to tap into the desired wires. 1) Slip the connector over the wire you want to attach to. 2) Push the Smart Alarm's ® wire (unstripped) as far as it will go into the open end of the connector. 3) Use pliers to press the metal blade into the wires. 4) Close the plastic cover over until it clicks.
