  • Sanyo DMP P1, 3 IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1.) Read these instructions. Keep these instructions. Follow all instructions. Heed all warnings. 2.) Install this unit in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. 3.) Only use attachments / accessories specified by the manufacturer. 4.) Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the unit. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/unit combination to avoid injury from tip-over. 5.) Use replacement parts as specified by the manufacturer. 6.)   • Sanyo DMP P1, 9 GENERAL FUNCTIONS Switching On and Off 1. The unit will automatically switch to standby mode once the AC power source is connected 2. Switch on the device from standby mode by pressing the STANDBY/ON/FUNCTION button. 3. Switch the device to standby mode by pressing and holding the STANDBY/ON/FUNCTION button. The display backlight of LCD will become dim and show the current time in standby mode. Selecting the Input Source 1. Having switched on the unit, press the STANDBY/ON/FUNCTION button
