• Sharp DV-SV90S(RU), - 12 -EN CONNECTION OF YOUR DVD PLAYER WITH TV Be sure to turn off the power of each component before making the connections. Use one video connection for best picture performance Undesired video signal might come out from other connectors apart from the selected connector. For best picture performance, selecting appropriate option from setup menu and using only one video connection is recommended. Scart Connector: RGB signal via SCART cable gives you the best picture performance. If your DVD player will not be connected to a hi- fi set or A/V amplifier to hear better sound, scart is enough for both audio & video connections. TV SCART

Press OPEN/CLOSE ( ) to open the disc tray.. 3. Place a disc onto the tray. Hold the disc without touching either of its surfaces, position it with the printed title side facing up, align it with the guides, and place it in its proper position. 4. Press OPEN/CLOSE ( ) . Each time this button is pressed, an information box is displayed on TV screen to indicate the status of the time displayed on the VFD display. The options available are: NORMAL / PS (4x3 Pan & Scan): Allows you to see the movie fill the entire screen of your TV, but not the right and left edges. This type of picture can only be viewed, if it is contained on the disc. NORMAL / LB (4x3 Letterbox): Allows you to see movies in their original aspect ratio. This is the menu, where you can change the device’s settings. Using Main Page Select items using UP (5) / DOWN (6) buttons. When selected, the item will be highlighted. Press SELECT to change highlighted item. The submenu for the selected item appears on the screen. SETUP menu will only be available when the player is not playing a disc.
