The first LED on the battery indicator flashes to indicate a problem has been detected. On switching on, the controller conducts a diagnostic test. If there is a fault, the first lamp/LED in the battery indicator will flash a sequence of flashes to indicate what the fault is. There will be two groups of flashes separated by a 2 to 3 second pause. Count the number of flashes in each group and decode the fault using the table below.
