  • Droidworx BOT-Series, 18 Slide the inner and outer boom brackets onto the corresponding bolts. Mount your booms onto the brackets as shown here. The holes closest to the end of the Booms should face inwards. NOTE: For this model the curve of the boom brackets face inward following the curvature of the plate. 3 4 x4 2 Slot the M3x30mm bolts into the relevant holes for boom mounting shown by the yellow triangles. Then ip the plate over (bottom picture). x12

  • Attach the quick release lower (male) part to the landing gear mounting bracket as shown using the M3 Socket head socket screws and M3 stainless steel nuts. 13 7 5 Position your Skids ...and clip in place. 6 Hot glue the battery mount rubbers into place. x1 x6 x3

  • Droidworx BOT-Series, 19 7 Position the second centre plate over the boom cluster aligning the hole pattern as shown below. 66 7 x8 Fit M3 SS nuts to the screws - do not tighten them, just make them secure whilst you work your way around. 78 Now t the 22mm center plate spacers between the center plates as shown below using the M3x30mm. x12 Place the remaining boom bracket inners onto the booms. 5 x4 x8

  • Droidworx BOT-Series, 36 6 Feed the wires of your engine through the Engine Mount Boot and boom as shown in the picture below. 7 8 9 Place the Boom as shown below, making sure the hole of the boom sits neatly on the dimpel of the Engine Mount Bracket. Add the second Engine Mount Bracket... ...fold the engine and wires over to t onto the Engine Mount Disk. Tighten with two M3 S/S nyloc nuts. x2

  • Droidworx BOT-Series, 24 Now turn your craft over and place your universal ight controller adapter plate onto the stando and secure with the M3x6mm nylon screws as shown below. Note: the small notch on the adaptor plate should face to the front. 19 x4

  • Droidworx BOT-Series, 26 Q u i C k r e l e a S e C a M S 21 Take the Quick Release Folding Cams and the completed BOT Core and slide the Cams onto the ends of the booms, as shown below. This way around 22 23 Slide the Cam to the edge of the core making sure that the bolts are a lined with the slots on the core. Push the Folding Cam mechanism from the bottom making the bolts protrude from the top of the outer boom bracket. The Folding Cam needs to fold away from the core.

  • Droidworx BOT-Series, 11 Attach the two landing gear plates together screwing the 63mm Alloy Spacers in between using the M3 x 8mm screws. Do not tighten to full extent since you will need some play when mounting further parts. 1 x8 x2 x16

  • Droidworx BOT-Series, 12 Attach the Quick release male clip to theLanding Gear Mounting Bracket using M3x8mm SHCS screws and M3 SS Nuts. 2 Attach the Skid Feet using the 63mm Alloy Spacer and the M3 x 8mm Screws.. 3 x4 Slide the Twin Skid End Cap over the Skids. 4 x4 x2 x4 x4 x1 x4 x4

  • Droidworx BOT-Series, 21 l a n d i n g g e a r a d a p T e r p l a T e Point towards front of craft 11 Place the M3 QR Female Clip (from the landing gear pack) across the landing gear plate as shown. 12 Your setup should now look like this.... Attach the bracket to the landing gear plate using the Socket Head Cap Screw M3x8mm and M3 Spring Washer.

  • Droidworx BOT-Series, 23 16 x4 17 Add the Under Body Spacers to the protruding screw ends. x4 18 Secure the Landing Gear Plate onto the core with the M3 Stainless Nuts. Slide the landing gear plate on top of the Under Body Spacers and end of the M3 Screws.

  • Droidworx BOT-Series, 35 2 3 4 Fit the two M3 x 30mm Titanium screws and Washers through the engine mount bracket. Apply the heat shrink and slide the 1mm O-rings onto each boom. 5 x2 Ax the engine to the engine mount disk by slotting the desired machine screws through the chamfered side of the disk and into the rewall mount holes of the engine. Note: Use of thread lock here is essential x4 Fit two of the 2.5mm O-rings over the M3x30mm Socket Head Cap Screws. Slide the engine mount boot over your setup as shown in the pictures below and add a second set of 2.5mm

  • Droidworx BOT-Series, 31 Firmly press the dome onto the top of the craft aligning the grommets with the corresponing dome mounting posts. 3 To attach / remove your Crash cage to / from your BOT Craft place ngers on each side of the mounting post and press rmly.

  • Droidworx BOT-Series, 22 13 With the four remaining Center Plate Spacers you will need to le a grove into the top as shown. 14 15 Repeat the process for all four of the positions shown and then turn the core over. Feed the M3x35mm screw through the hole and center plate spacer next to the Nylon Stando making sure that the grove is facing the screw on the underside of the Nylon Stando. x4 x4
