Check the package contents The package contains: A. 1 Parent Unit (receiver) with belt clip B. 1 Baby Unit (transmitter) C. 2 AAA NiMH rechargeable battery (2.4V 850 mAH) D. 2 AC adaptors (5V/550mA ) E. 1 x instruction manual 3b. Setting up the Parent Unit 1. Disassemble the battery cover. Insert the rechargeable battery. Reassemble the battery cover. Note: Use the rechargeable battery or AC adaptor as power supply. 2. Press the Power button for 3 seconds to power up, and the Power Indicator is on. 3. When the battery voltage is lower than 2.2V, the low battery voltage alarm will sound once. Then power on the Baby Unit; the Parent Unit can receive a signal transmitted from the Baby Unit within 5 seconds. 2. The Parent Unit volume indicator will be on when receiving a signal. The greater the volume received from Baby Unit, the more the volume LED will be on (maximum 5 LEDs). 3. The default volume setting for the Parent Unit is level 3 (the maximum is level 5). 4.
