It is possible to adjust the size of the foam by adjusting the milk foam adjustment knob. Open the front panel and brewing unit door. See page 22. Turn the milk foam adjustment knob counter-clockwise to increase the size of the foam. Turn it clockwise to reduce the foam size. Remove the drip tray and close the front panel. Adjust the milk tube pinch screw (see below for location). Tightening the screw (clockwise) makes the milk warmer, opening it makes it cooler. Put the milk tube into the container of milk.
