  • Acoustic Research ARM1, 18 Playing music files The Player sorts your music files by track name (title), artist, album and genre. 1. In the Home menu, press Left and Right to navigate to Music. 2. Press the Center button to enter Music mode. 3. Use Up or Down to select Title, Artists, Albums or Genres, then press the Center button to confirm selection. 4. Use Up or Down to select your desired track, then press the Center button to start listening.   • Acoustic Research ARM1, 15 Menu types The Player has two menu types: Player menu The Player menu appears when you turn on the Player or if you press while listening to the Player. It lets you: • Browse for and play music files • Change the Player’s settings – screensaver, brightness, language, etc. Option menu The option menu appears if you press MENU at the playback (Now Playing) screen while listening to the Player. Open the Player in Windows Explorer and then navigate to the folder containing the files. 3. Select the files you want to remove and then press the Delete key on the keyboard of your PC. Disconnecting the Player from the PC 1. In the Windows system tray, click the Safely Remove Hardware icon and then select the device with the appropriate drive letter from the list of devices. 2. When the Safe to remove hardware message appears, unplug the Player from the PC. IMPORTANT: Do not disconnect the USB connection during file transfer.
